Between Christmas and the New Year, we enter a liminal time, a threshold space where the usual structure of time softens and perception deepens. In this episode, I explore the Rauhnächte, an ancient European understanding of non-linear time, not as a ritual framework, but as a lived experience of listening, stillness, and presence. A time where action pauses and attention turns inward. Rather than focusing on goals or vision boards, the episode invites a different orientation: integration. A settling of what has been lived, allowing energetic alignment, embodiment, and inner unity to naturally arise. From this state of coherence, clarity emerges without force. Leadership becomes a field rather than an effort, guided by inner guidance rather than external timelines.
